Small story
It took me 3 days to complete this assignment because I was constantly distracted by my phone. And yes I tried digital detox on my own .I used existing iphone settings, set alarms for focused working hrs, set screen blockers for focused work, even tried to hide my phone. When I 1st read the problem statement . I didn’t realised I also fit in the same persona. after reading the assignment I went on my phone checked my phone usage and I realised I was falling in the same category.
Problem with digital devices over usage is not realising how much time we are spending.
I have tried talking with people near me they were also unaware of this issue and if few of them were aware they were not able to fix it and this is how I came up with the plan….
